Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-14 business days. During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer as each piece is made and finished by hand.

*Current processing time is 6 weeks. 

Shipping: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on location but generally arrive within:

• Hawai‘i & U.S.: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shop Tats is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Shop Tats is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. If an issue occurs, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
